Group Fitness
THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS.
T hese programs are suitable for all levels, focusing on providing cardiovascular and/or strength exercises that use large muscle groups in a continuous manner. NO prior workout or fitness program experience is required. Some programs include muscle conditioning and toning. Regular participation in these fitness programs can help improve the cardiovascular system as well as increase flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, and overall body contour.. Small equipment may be used.

Looking to start or take your cardio and strength training to the next level? HIIT FIT will get you started and/or blast your cardio endurance up while keeping your muscles loaded for strength training.
SUPER GLUTES
This program involves full body conditioning which includes muscle strength and endurance with emphasis on glutes. Building, Firming, Growing, Lifting, Sculpting, Shaping, and Toning the gluteal muscles.
