Group Fitness
THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS.
T hese programs are suitable for all levels, focusing on providing cardiovascular and/or strength exercises that use large muscle groups in a continuous manner. NO prior workout or fitness program experience is required. Some programs include muscle conditioning and toning. Regular participation in these fitness programs can help improve the cardiovascular system as well as increase flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, and overall body contour.. Small equipment may be used.

LINE DANCING CLASS
5 Weeks composed of 5 classes/lessons for 45 mins each lesson, June 26, July 3, 24, 31, Aug 7. Thursdays, 5:30 pm at Potomac Shores Fitness Barn. Learn the steps and be confidently ready to join in the fun. No experience or partner required!
